General Admission Information

Deadline

The admission for a school year is based on a first-come, first-serve basis, until we reach our maximum size for each class.

For the 2017/18 year the registraiton deadline is July 23rd, 2017.


How to Register

  • Through our Online Enrollment System. For your convenience you can fill out all forms online through this website and pay your dues via PayPal's easy payment system.

Important notes

  • The registration is only valid with paid membership fees! The enrollment will only be complete if the membership fee and all required documents are completed in time.
  • The Hungarian School and regular scout meetings are very important. Those children that miss four meetings in one semester will be considered withdrawn from our organization for the school year in progress. They can re-register in the following year.
  • Since camping and excursions are an integral part of scouting, we can only accept scouts (aged 7+ years) who are committed to team camps and excursions. For this reason, we require that you register ahead of time for the yearly organized camps and excursions. If there is insufficient attendance for a given camp, the camp will be canceled. We reserve the right to cancel any camp due to insufficient participants or leaders, inclement weather or other reason, at the discretion of the scout leaders.
  • The condition of a kindergarten admission, is that the child must reach the age of 4 by September 1st of the registration year.

Good to know

You will need the following information and documents in hand while registering:

  • Health Insurance Card, doctor's name and contact info
  • Immunization Record
  • Emergency contact information
Online enrollment

Online registration is done by our new Online Enrollment System. This is a two-step enrollment process:

First Step: Application submission

  • First you need to register your email address with the managment on the following link : use the Apply button from the home page
  • When your application is accepted we will inform you by email.

Second Step: Completeing the registraion

  • After the application has been accepted you will have to create a password to login to our enrollment system. The login credential can be used later on to update your information in the system.
  • If you already have an account, you will only be asked to update your information.
  • First time users, you will be asked to enter all information requested by the system to have your enrollment complete.

Data Protection: During data registration all information is stored securely in the Online Enrollment System for registration purposes only. PayPal credentials or credit card numbers will not be stored on our system.
